*Flexible fares (both One & Round Trip Fares).
*One COB Free (in either directions, Outbound or Inbound), provided passenger is rebooked before 07 Days of original flight departure.
* Partial refund is allowed.
*Infant is now 100% Free.
UMRAH POLICY 2024-25
PIA is pleased to announce launching of flexible Umrah Fares, now trade partners can book
Umrah passengers on the available RBDs.
The RBD wise Fares have already been filed in the system, effective immediately for ticketing
and travelling effective from 07 July, 2024 till 27 May,2025.

Conditions
o One COB is Free on the original ticket in either direction provided it is requested 07
days before the ticketed flight coupon. For subsequent changes penalties shall apply.
o Difference of fare (DOF) shall be charged in case of reissuance (as per difference of
RBDs). However, the charges will not apply on infants.
o Partial Refunds shall be allowed, partial refund of Umrah tickets shall be processed
on half RT basis by deducting the utilized segment fare along with taxes and applicable
Refund charges.
Discounts
o Infant is 100% Free.
o Child Discount @25% is allowed.
o Disabled Discount is allowed as RM General Fare Rule-2024.
o No Senior citizen/Student discount is allowed.
